Payment & Refunds - Full payment is required at the time of booking. 50% of the total payment is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Payment fees are non-refundable. Included in Your Booking - One meal is provided during the course. Tea, coffee, and water will be available throughout the day. Location & Parking - There is no parking on-site, but parking is available nearby. Equipment Usage - Participants agree to use the equipment provided but do not own or retain any equipment after the event. Equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. Ouija Board Policy - Ouija boards are strictly prohibited at this location due to local rules. Anyone found using one will be immediately asked to leave without a refund. No Guarantee of Paranormal Activity - Paranormal investigations are unpredictable , no specific evidence, spirit contact, or paranormal activity is guaranteed.
