Cancellation Policy
Payment & Refunds - Full payment is required at the time of booking. 50% of the total payment is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. Payment fees are non-refundable. Included in Your Booking - One meal is provided during the course. Tea, coffee, and water will be available throughout the day. Location & Parking - There is no parking on-site, but parking is available nearby. Equipment Usage - Participants agree to use the equipment provided but do not own or retain any equipment after the event. Equipment must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition. Ouija Board Policy - Ouija boards are strictly prohibited at this location due to local rules. Anyone found using one will be immediately asked to leave without a refund. No Guarantee of Paranormal Activity - Paranormal investigations are unpredictable , no specific evidence, spirit contact, or paranormal activity is guaranteed. The course is designed to teach investigative methods, not to promise activity. Respect & Conduct - All participants are expected to respect the location, staff, fellow attendees, and any spirits present. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour results in removal from the course without a refund. Health & Safety - This course may involve walking in low-light environments and standing for extended periods. If you have any medical conditions or mobility concerns, please inform us in advance. Participants attend at their own risk and must follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the instructor. Emotional Considerations -This course may not be suitable for individuals of an extremely nervous nature. Paranormal investigations can sometimes evoke feelings of fear, apprehension, or unease. If you have anxiety, panic disorders, or any concerns about how you may react, please inform the course directing staff in advance so we can support you appropriately. Photography & Recording - Participants may take photos and videos for personal use unless instructed otherwise. Any live streaming, commercial use, or third-party sharing of footage requires prior permission. Liability Disclaimer The organisers are not responsible for any personal injury, lost/stolen items, or emotional distress experienced during the course.
